Three Ways CVXR is Helping ND’s Workforce

Three Ways CVXR is Helping ND’s Workforce

For our career exploration platform, CareerViewXR, we’ve spent a lot of time talking with potential partners to produce experiences that highlight the most in-demand jobs in North Dakota. There are quite a variety of industries on these lists, including healthcare, skilled trades, education, information technology, and social services. But they all have one thing in common: they’re a perfect fit for CareerViewXR and here are three reasons why.

#1: We’re Building a Library of Truly Immersive Job Exploration Experiences

There is a fundamental lack of opportunities for people to get an authentic taste of what a day in the life routine is like for professionals in high demand roles. We are directly addressing this issue with our CareerViewXR platform by immersing students and job seekers in real environments with real professionals.

#2: We’re Producing Content For The Most In-Demand Careers in North Dakota First

Thanks to our LIFT loan from the North Dakota Department of Commerce and Bank of North Dakota, we’ve been able to prioritize producing experiences to fulfill the needs and interests of North Dakota job seekers as well as employers.

We’ve got four healthcare tours booked for production so far and more production partnerships opportunities have been lining up every week in a variety of industries. LIFT funding is also allowing us to build up our production team so we can reach our goal of producing 40 experiences in the next 12 months.

#3 We’re Looking For Partners Who Believe in North Dakota

We are so lucky to have so many different industries growing and thriving in our great state of North Dakota, and we’re excited to be a small part of it! We’d love to partner with more amazing businesses with a passion for workforce development to create experiences within CareerViewXR. If you’re interested in learning what a production partnership looks like, please reach out to us for details.
